Performance Testing Performance testing is used as a benchmark of your overall fitness. You are tested on a Computrainer Pro 3D Professional with your own bicycle to
establish your power and/or respective heart rate zones. The testing is non-invasive. Testing is used to set a benchmark, new training zones and to also evaluate the
current phase of training. Performance testing can also serve as a goal. Training without a goal does not motivate. Most of us are inspired by improvements in our
performance and competition. Anticipating an upcoming performance test motivates us to train harder.
