None of the science behind successful training is a secret. However, there are different approaches to training. I teach sound training principles so you understand the "why'" in the portions of your training that seem unreasonable or unnecessary. Each training program is based on performance testing, thus creating a Power Profile. From the results of the testing and your particular goals, we then work together to 'raise the bar' on the particular parts of your personal profile that will help you achieve your goal(s). This profile may have to be changed during your season, depending on what you want to achieve.
I train athletes looking for that 'peak' performance 8-weeks out and also those athletes training for the long-term (3-5 years). If you have a goal, I can help to make that happen.
I train one-on-one. There is no gold, silver or bronze when you work with me at Cycling Systems. Each program I design is for the individual and is geared to achieve your desired result, whether short or long term.
